shipping policy
We ship to United States residents only at this time due to worldwide shipping constraints due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Our standard shipping is 2-3 business days after your order has been processed. We do not ship on nationally reserved holidays or weekends. Our designated shipping carriers are USPS and UPS.

return & exchange policy
Due to COVID-19 Virus we are not accepting returns on any products for the safety or customers and Candy Pinata Beauty team members. If you receive a damaged product we require you return the item in its original packaging unopened and we will gladly mail you a replacement of the same item. If that item is discontinued or is currently not in stock, we will send you a similar replacement item of equal value. Simply email us a photo of the damaged/unusable item and will send you a pre-paid printable return label. You have 5 business days after your delivery to file a claim and return the item for exchange only. No refunds will be provided.
